Prepare for Your First Visit

We want your Cloud 9 experience to be peaceful and relaxing, which is why we ask that everyone come in 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that we can start your session on time. Please complete online intake form prior to arrival. Thank you and we look forward to meeting you!

Policies

All clients are required to provide a 24-hour notice to cancel their appointment. Clients who don't call ahead of time or don't show up to their appointment will be charged a 50% of service price to their account or credit card on file. All fees must be paid in full before their next appointment.
