Kathryn graduated from The Healing Arts Center in 2005 specializing in Therapeutic Massage & Reiki. Utilizing her honed skills and techniques, she offers an individual healing experience that may include tranquil energy work, aromatherapy, and soothing Tibeten Singing Bowl. It is Kathryn’s intention that her clients experience relief, peace and maintain overall wellness/wholeness.

Andrea Spadafora hails from the City of Salerno, near the world renowned Amalfi Coast in southern Italy. He started his career as a massage therapist in Italy at the age of 21. He moved to the US in 2006 with prior education, training and experience as a professional massage therapist. When he moved to the States, and prior to becoming a naturalized US citizen in 2012, he went to the Baltimore School of Massage in Maryland to obtain his American accreditation, degree and license in natural healing arts, therapeutic massage and bodywork.

He spent the next few years refining his skills and working for several local spas and wellness centers in the DC metro area, by putting in his curriculum vitae more than 6000 hours of massage and bodywork as a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT). He then moved to colorful Colorado in 2016 where he worked as the director, the lead student mentor of the Academy of Natural Therapy’s professional massage clinic and the instructor for a couple of extra-curricular classes (Movement Therapy for the Manual Therapist and Nutrition & Exercise for Massage Therapists). While living in Colorado for the last five years, he took Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) and Emergency Medical Technician Training (EMT) at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins. He’s currently a member of Yoga Alliance, the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and he is board certified with the National Therapeutic Board of Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).

Andrea just recently moved to the City of St. Louis, MO, where he is actively involved with the Italian-American community, adding his contribution as an Italian language tutor, translator and credentialed/registered State Courts Italian language interpreter.

Andrea loves spending time with his 8-year-old son Pietro, and as a well-traveled musician/drummer, he loves to deliver high-energy yoga classes and upbeat personal development presentations. He genuinely enjoys helping people in many capacities. He maintains a passion for teaching and learning about the human body and how to help it through the art and practice of Yoga. Andrea is an avid reader of books on spirituality, psychology, human anatomy, history and philosophy. He is a firm believer that all those involved in teaching should constantly remember the ancient Latin motto ‘ludendo docere’, that is, ‘to teach with fun’.

Echo acquired her associate degree in massage therapy from Miller-Motte Technical College in Virginia. She has had the pleasure of working in a variety of settings over the past 15 years including wellness centers, massage clinics, bed and breakfasts, day Spas, and fitness centers. She continues to grow and expand on her skills and techniques each year with the hope of being able to help more clients manage their pain. Echo loves helping others live their best life! Whether through physical or emotional healing, helping with recovery from injuries or post-surgery, chronic headaches and migraines, repetitive strain from sports or even everyday activities. Echo’s passion is to help her clients live a happier, more pain free existence. One where they can live life to the fullest. Echo is most well known for her deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and prenatal massage work. She also loves getting to create custom experiences by enhancing the massages with lomi lomi techniques, hot stones, aromatherapy, reflexology, cupping, Gau Sha, and reiki (level 2 reiki practitioner). She has also provided a variety of body scrubs and wraps while working in the spa industry.

Allison is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release and some Craniosacral techniques.

She has always been a hands on learner, and has wanted to help humanity in any way possible since she can remember.

​The nurturing and intuitive part of massage is what she loves most about what she does. Relieving her clients from whatever is ailing them is the greatest gift of all.​

Gina combines her education from The Healing Arts center with a passion for people to provide attentive service. With an affinity for Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Reiki Gina uses her knowledge base to fit the client’s individual needs. Each client should expect to come away from their session refreshed and ready face life’s everyday stresses.

Hello! My name is Stephanie Hofmeister RN, LMT and the owner of Cloud Nine Massage.  I come to you with 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse focusing in Orthopedics. I also have 9 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

​During my years working as an RN I found I was pushed further and further away from what I actually love which is PEOPLE. I was dragged away by paperwork and other tedious tasks that prevented me from being there for my patients and making a difference. I have found this new art in Massage Therapy that allows me to reconnect with what I love and encourage health, wellness, and healing. My years as an RN has equipped me with the knowledge that many other therapists don’t possess. ​
